Automated swine breeding centers across several sites, including Huwei and Douliu, required access control that enforces biosecurity rather than merely recording entry.
MOYASS delivered site access management, vehicle entry and exit control at the plant gate, and personnel control systems at the disinfection and feeding zones within each breeding area. The zoning is the point: staff and vehicles are permitted into a zone only after the correct sequence has been completed, and the system holds the record.
In biosecurity work, a system that logs a violation after the fact is worth far less than one that prevents the movement. The control points were placed accordingly.
