ITS SCADA · Smart factory control

One control center for the whole factory

ITS SCADA brings energy, server rooms, HVAC, access and video, meeting spaces, fire equipment and lighting onto one graphic-control screen. MOYASS plans the equipment, data points and interfaces; SCADA consolidates the site's management information.

Every system on site, one graphic-control layer

Subsystems connect through one access layer — PLCs and AIoT gateways speaking Modbus, BACnet, SNMP or vendor APIs. ITS SCADA turns those data points into live status, trends and graded alarms for the management center.

Confirmed device by device

  • Modbus, BACnet, SNMP and APIs are candidate interfaces — not every device supports all of them, so each brand and model is verified.
  • Data points, versions, licences, read/write scope, polling rate, reconnection and alarm flow are signed off at acceptance.
  • Access, video and rack events are exchanged with Genetec, OG System, Nx Witness and device interfaces; video itself stays in the VMS.
  • Yealink device health comes from its management API; booth occupancy, lighting and air come from added sensors. SCADA does not replace the meeting platform.

What stays local

  • Safety interlocks and equipment protection run on local controllers.
  • Fire control and power protection stay with their dedicated systems.
  • SCADA monitors, consolidates and records — it presents the whole site without taking over those safety functions.

Concept design · demonstration data. These are concept screens of the ITS SCADA interface (Chinese-language UI). All values are sample data — they are not a live system or a completed project. Interfaces, licences, data points and device functions are confirmed for each project.
