Biotechnology Company — Phased Multi-System Integration
A phased programme from gate management and SOYAL access through surveillance and parking to building automation and SCADA.
A biotechnology company brought MOYASS in for a programme delivered in stages rather than a single cutover — the practical choice when a facility cannot pause operations.
The first phases covered gate management, SOYAL access control, and Vivotek video surveillance. Vehicle lane management followed. In 2025 the programme extended into building automation with a SCADA graphic control layer over the whole estate.
Phased delivery only works if the early stages are architected for what comes later. Each phase here was specified against the eventual SCADA integration, so nothing installed in year one had to be replaced in year three.
