Optoelectronics Plant — Site-Wide Migration to SOYAL

A major optoelectronics manufacturer needed its entire installed base of card readers replaced and migrated onto the SOYAL ecosystem, without disrupting a plant that runs continuously.

MOYASS carried out the site-wide reader replacement and added a vehicle lane management system, bringing pedestrian access and parking onto a single management platform.

The constraint on a migration like this is never the hardware — it is sequencing the cutover so that no controlled door is ever unsupervised. The work was staged accordingly, zone by zone.
